SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

PUR ELÙOR Luxury Cosmetics Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 12PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The delivery dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes. APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.  APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. 

We currently ship to the following APO / FPO location & U.S. Territories:

AA - Armed Forces Americas
AE - Armed Forces Europe
AP - Armed Forces Pacific

GU - Guam
MP - Northern Mariana Islands
VI - Virgin Islands
FM - Federated States Of Micronesia
MH - Marshall Islands
AS - American Samoa
PR - Puerto Rico

Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

All international shipments will be subject to customs and may take longer delivery time based on Country where items are supposed to be delivered.

PUR ELÙOR Luxury Cosmetics Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. PUR ELÙOR Luxury Cosmetics Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your PUR ELÙOR purchase, we realize that there are times that you may need to return/exchange a product.  If you will need to return or exchange your product, please review the information below.
• Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for return /exchange.

• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
• Please mail your PUR ELÙOR returns/Exchanges to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy). 
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on www.pureluorcosmetics.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from www.pureluorcosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell PUR ELÙOR products.

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 14 days from original purchase.
